YAY, congratulations. I've been reading your site (and not commenting) off and on for a while. I think the first day might have taken some of the mystique of the California Bar Exam away.

Also, seems like they're not going to give us a california evidence question, unless they do something like a cross-over with crim just to squeeze prop 8 out of us. And prof resp! Two of my "for sure" picks for essays down the drain.

i tried to squeeze in some special CA rules in the 3rd essay question, not much though.
I couldn't resist putting in one distinction, because it was part of my boilerplate statement of relevance. but then i realized the instructions said Federal Law, and I figured the bar examiners meant it so i forced myself to think about other things.
MBE tough today! I also realized I got a question wrong just on sheer reading comprehension. Funny my brain was still working on it hours later enough to tell me so.
GO GO GO! Almost through! I will miss your blog when it's over.
