RAPE

I tried to do Criminal Law/Pro Essay.
I thought RAPE is a disgusting crime so I didn't expect to see it.
Obviously, I was wrong.

I have a hard time to remember the elements. God! Help Me!

1.unlawful
2.carnal knowledge of a woman ( what the hell is this)
3. by a man
4. not her husband
5. with her effective consent

U will Care about My Huggie Eventually

Conclusion: I think I am not good at doing this... ( I know! It sucks)

You've probably noticed by now that they toy with our emotions on the MBEs. For example...

The child molester pillages the village kiddies and does all sorts of nasty thing to them. He's been convicted 7 time before on identical charges of pillaging kiddie villages. The kids all identify the perp with tears rolling out of their eyes as they do so. The parents are at the hardware store as we speak buying tar, feathers, machetes and rope. The perp takes the stand and claims that he couldn't have done it because he was enrolled in a seminary school in Tibet at the time.

If the jury believes his story, he should be:

A: Drawn and quartered.
B: Made into a eunich before he leaves the stand.
C: Handed over to the parents for some good old frontier justice.
D: Found not guilty.

And the winner is 'D' if the jury believes his story.

Blah.
