I personally don't believe the lawyer needs to withdraw from the representation. Also, I think Lawyer shall disclose the info to the corp. but, anyway, I shall not have too many opinions. I know clearly they want us to force Lawyer withdraw. Bar people don't like to see other lawyeres making $$$.

Opinion is just like an asshole; everyone has one ( either small or big---> I added this, am I smart?)
