I have to say: these two subjects are really dry. I believe I went through the mini review but nothing has been left in my small brain. I think corporate law is comparatively more interesting.
Corporate Law is always one of my favorite subjects in school. I like to see how greedy business men fight for money. The white knight... the golden parachute... so dramatic... anyway, it's not so sexy in the CA bar exam though.
not so sure I am ready for corp. essays ... but now I know I have no choice but do it.

Yes. Lawyers are always trying to avoid risk while business men are trying to take more risk. I think I am more biz than law. yeah!
