K essay checklist

I have my simulated MBE tomorrow and I need to turn in the K essay. Instead of writing some bullshit. Let me try to make the K essay checklist:

Consideration(bargain for exchange)

3. Does the K have a condition? What kind of condition?

4. Any defenses? ( S/F)

4. Have the obligations been performed? If not, was there a major or minor breach?

5. Remedies ( check remedies outline)
